What beaches do you service?
Pismo Beach and Avila Beach.
What is your weather policy?
WIND: If the winds are predicted to be 15 MPH or higher we leave the cabanas & umbrellas lowered. We ask that you only raise them if the winds die down.
RAIN: If rain is in the forecast you will have the option to cancel with a full refund, minus the 3% service charge. Responses & decisions must be made at least three hours before your time. After that, no refunds can be made. If it starts raining during your setup feel free to leave and find cover after lowering the cabanas & umbrellas! But once you are at your setup we cannot refund you.
What is your cancellation policy?
Please refer to our weather policy for any weather related cancellations.
We require a 48 hours in advance for cancellations. In which case you will receive a full refund, minus the 3% service charge.
Do we need to checkout?
Yes. Just send us a text at 805-550-7795, put down the umbrella and we will do the rest.
Do we need to be there at check-in time?
No, We will have it all set up and ready to when at start time! We will text you a picture of the set up and approximate location on a map of the beach.
How many waters come with my setup?
We will provide one water per chair. Need more Please just let us know when booking and an additional charge will apply.
What can I keep?
The cups, water and sun screen are all yours to keep.
Can I bring drinks?
Unfortunately, Ca State Beaches don't allow alcohol. We cant tell you what to do but if you do get cited SLO Perfect wont be held responsible. Make your best judgement and drink at your own risk.
